I have today set up a new group for Pout updates, freebies and information on group member only discounts. It doesn't take up a precious SL group slot, you can subscribe and unsubscribe by touching the board in the window of the main store (and in some satellite stores). This is the only way you will be notifed now on of updates and to get free gifts (apart from fashcon and fashion-r-us group).
You will still need to be a member of the SL Pout group to purchase an item with a discount, however you can join the group just to get that discount then leave straight after should you wish. This should hopefully make it easier to keep up to date with all the new releases at Pout and to ensure you don't miss getting a free gift without taking up more of your SL group slots.
